Care plan support covers downtime, WordPress core issues, and plugin-related problems. For content updates, design changes, or new feature development, those requests are handled through our hourly rate or a Maintenance & Development Package.
No problem. Our care plans are available regardless of where your site is hosted. We work with all major hosting providers. If you’d like to add managed hosting through us, that’s available as an optional add-on.
Before we begin maintenance, we conduct a thorough review of your site’s current state – including plugin inventory, PHP version, theme health, known vulnerabilities, and any immediate issues that need addressing. This gives us a documented baseline and ensures there are no surprises down the road.
We test updates for compatibility before applying them to your live site. In the event something does go wrong, your daily backups mean we can restore your site quickly with minimal disruption.
No long-term contract required. Plans are month-to-month with 30 days notice required for cancellations or changes.
