Our standard training accommodates up to 20 participants to ensure everyone gets hands-on practice and individual attention. For larger organizations, I can arrange multiple sessions or discuss custom arrangements.
A $750 deposit is required to secure your training date, regardless of which package you choose. This deposit is applied toward your total training fee. The remaining balance is due on the day of training (or net-30 for organizations with approved invoicing).
We understand that plans sometimes change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while respecting the time we’ve reserved for your organization:
- 14+ days notice: Full refund minus a $250 administrative fee
- 7-14 days notice: 50% refund of your deposit ($375)
- Less than 7 days notice: No refund (deposit becomes cancellation fee)
Rescheduling: If you choose to reschedule instead of cancelling, I’m happy to work with you to find a new date.
- 14+ days notice: Free rescheduling to any available date
- 7-14 days notice: One free reschedule within 6 months
- Less than 7 days notice: $250 rescheduling fee, but your full deposit still applies to the new date
Facilitator cancellation: In the unlikely event that I need to cancel your training (illness, emergency, etc.), you’ll receive a 100% refund of your deposit, or we can reschedule at your convenience with a 10% discount on the total training fee for the inconvenience.
Yes, we’ll provide a simple training agreement that outlines the modules to be covered, timing, payment terms, and these policies. This protects both parties and ensures clear expectations.
